Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access NEXUS Alpha signals for your own internal research and investment decision-making. You may not:
Violation of this clause results in immediate key revocation without refund and may result in legal action for breach of contract and intellectual property infringement.
All processed signals, FinBERT scores, AI-generated investment theses, rationale text, and confidence scores produced by NEXUS Alpha are the intellectual property of NEXUS Alpha. The underlying SEC filings are public domain (published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), but the derived outputs are proprietary.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Treat it like a password. NEXUS Alpha will not be liable for unauthorised use of your key resulting from your failure to secure it. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact ksaaus1@gmail.com immediately for a replacement.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. NEXUS Alpha reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
Your API key is automatically revoked upon subscription cancellation or failed payment.
Signals are derived exclusively from publicly available SEC EDGAR filings. NEXUS Alpha does not use material non-public information (MNPI). However, we do not warrant that signal outputs are free from error. NLP models may misinterpret filing language, particularly in unusual market conditions, novel disclosure formats, or non-standard English.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of NEXUS Alpha signals complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, FCA), insider trading regulations, and investment advisory licensing requirements. NEXUS Alpha makes no representation that the service is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXUS Alpha operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resort to litigation.
NEXUS Alpha reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
